Welcome to Harmony Acupuncture!
I’m Kristen Cady and Harmony Acupuncture is my private practice. My office is located in the Mosaic Natural Health Clinic in North Seattle (more info).
I am a NCCAOM Board certified Acupuncturist and licensed in both Washington and Maryland. I am a 2001 graduate of Bastyr University, with a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture. I have been in practice in Colorado and then Maryland for the past 8 years, but have recently moved back to the Great Northwest.
I provide acupuncture treatments that focus on overall health and well-being. I primarily utilize Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), but also incorporate some of my training in 5 Elements when appropriate.
I specialize in treating pain, stress, hormonal imbalances, insomnia, weight loss and allergies.
I also have experience treating addictions, preparation and recovery from surgery, arthritis and emotional disorders, among others.
